Bärenherz
As barrier-free dentist studio we have been deeply moved and personally touched by the commitment of the employees of the Wiesbaden children´s hospice of “Bärenherz”. Therefore we are monthly donating to Bärenherz.
The initiative Bärenherz was founded in fall 1999 by the “community of interests for handicapped people” (“Interessengemeinschaft für Behinderte e.V.”) to built a hospice for mortally ill children. Within two years it had been achieved to open a facility in Wiesbaden Erbenheim that is solely financed by donations. Meanwhile the initiative changed to the non-profit charitable trust of Bärenherz that is now financing the upkeep of the children´s hospice without official subventions. Needing 250 Euros for the care of each child a day the facility can only be kept up with donations.
